Service Agreement
Terms governing the rights and obligations between parties when using our services.
Last updated: January 2025
This Service Agreement is entered into between Hunter Web LLC, organized in the State of Idaho, United States ("Service Provider", "we"), and the individual or corporate user who registers for our services ("Customer", "you"). The agreement covers web hosting, email hosting, reseller hosting, VDS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, and all related digital services, and applies to all our customers regardless of location. By accessing the services, you declare that you have read and accepted this Agreement in its entirety.
The services provided may only be used for lawful purposes. Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), distributing malware, attempting unauthorized access, infringing third-party rights, and any activity contrary to the applicable legislation of the country where you use the service are strictly prohibited. Spam and abuse attempts are detected by our automated monitoring systems; content or a sending queue identified as a violation by these systems is automatically removed or blocked without waiting for manual review. To protect server reputation and deliverability, hourly and daily outbound email sending limits apply to all plans; these limits may vary by plan, and a sending queue that exceeds them is automatically delayed or stopped. When spam or abuse is detected, your account is closed outright without prior notice; the hourly/daily outbound email limit applied to all accounts is part of this enforcement.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current, for the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity carried out through your account. You must notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Service fees are determined according to the selected plan and payment period and are charged in your chosen currency (TRY, USD, or EUR). Subscription renewal notices are sent to your registered email address at least 7 days before the expiry date. Failure to make timely payment may result in temporary service suspension; after a 30-day delay the account may be permanently closed.
Hunter Web targets a monthly uptime of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from this calculation and will be notified at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. If the SLA target is not met, you may claim a proportional service credit depending on your plan; this credit is your sole and exclusive remedy in such an event.
The Hunter Web brand, website design, software, and documentation are the exclusive property of our company and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You retain ownership of the emails you send, the domains you use, and the content you create through the services; we are granted only a limited license to use that content to the extent necessary to provide the service to you.
Hunter Web LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or the actions of third-party service providers. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the fees paid for the relevant service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunter Web LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the services, your breach of this Agreement, or your infringement of third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach, we reserve the right, as service provider, to terminate immediately. Following termination, upon your request, you may be given access to your data for 15 days for export purposes; data is permanently deleted at the end of that period.
We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, epidemics, government action, internet infrastructure outages, or similar events beyond our reasonable control.
This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not affect, and is not intended to replace, any mandatory statutory rights granted to you under the consumer protection law applicable in your own country.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you at your registered email address or via our website. Your continued use of the services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
